Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) via DPD.

Standard Delivery

• Our standard delivery fee is £12.50 +VAT
• If goods are in stock at the time of ordering, we aim to deliver your order within 2–4 working days from the date on your order.
• If goods are not in stock delivery may be longer due to manufacturing time. If you have questions about stock availability, please contact sales@insulatedtoolsgroup.com or call our 01342 324 255 before placing your order.

Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@insulatedtoolsgroup.com. If your return is accepted, your items will need to be sent to the following address: Charlwoods Rd, East Grinstead, RH19 2HR, United Kingdom.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
